Overview
The KHG-4051 is a solenoid armature with a high-precision ceramic tip, designed for glue head parts in tobacco and packaging machinery. It is a replacement component for glue application heads and is suitable for Baumer hhs systems as well as other brand types.
In high-cycle gluing, the armature and nozzle tip are among the first parts to wear. Replacing a worn assembly with a ceramic-tipped armature helps maintain a stable glue pattern and reduces unplanned stops.
Why a ceramic tip?
The tip is the point where glue is metered and released. A technical ceramic tip offers high hardness and wear resistance, so the outlet geometry stays stable through repeated actuation. That stability supports consistent dot and bead placement and helps extend service intervals compared with a worn metal tip.
The ceramic tip is also chemically inert in typical adhesive environments, which makes it suitable for production lines where the glue head is cleaned and cycled continuously.

Installation notes
